Mark and his wife Madeline milk 700 cows on their 600 hectare self contained dairy farm in South Otago. They started converting to regenerative agriculture practices about 3 years ago and began building up soil, storing more carbon and improving eco-system function.

“ As far as the ‘dirty dairy’ tag goes, I think that regenerative agriculture is going to be an awesome pathway to shift that paradigm and connect back with townships and city folk. Once we prove that we are having this positive effect on our ecosystem, it’s going to be huge.”  Mark Anderson
